Pain management is a complex and ever-changing specialty where new modalities are developed and tested out continuous. We make sure to use the latest and most advanced clinically-proven pain management techniques to treat your pain without surgery. We employ the most advanced modalities available globally like ozone discectomy, radiofrequency lesioning, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, spinal cord stimulator implant, intrathecal pump implant and vertebroplasty.

Dr. Dureja at Delhi Pain Management Centre

Dr. (Prof) G.P.Dureja

MBBS, MD, FIASP (USA)

Prof. Dureja is considered as the pioneer of Pain Management in India. He started Pain Management Services at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in 1986 and developed them to the highest international standards. He served for more than 20 years at AIIMS, till 2005, when he set up Delhi Pain Management Centre.

Dr.Dureja is a Fellow from the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), India and an active member of World Institute of Pain (WIP) and Indian Society for the study of Pain (ISSP). He has been invited to several international conferences over the past two decades. He has also authored 6 books and 240 papers on the subject.

Dr.Dhruv Bibra

MBBS, DA, DNB, FIPM (Germany)

Dr.Dhruv Bibra is a young and dynamic pain specialist with 12 years of experience in pain management and a special interest in non-surgical interventions for disc diseases, joint pain, neuropathic pain, and cancer pains. Dr.Bibra completed his Fellowship in Pain Management from Aesculap Academy, Germany.

Dr.Bibra has several publications in his name and has been invited speaker at the World Congress of Pain 2014 in Argentina, and World Congress of Pain 2016 in Japan.

Dr.Manisha Arora

MBBS, MD, FIPM (Germany)

Dr. Manisha Arora is consultant at Delhi Pain Management Centre with an experience of 14 years in her field. She completed her MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College in 2004 & MD (Anaesthesiology) from UCMS & GTB Hospital in 2008.
She believes in evidence based treatment using multidisciplinary approach to manage chronic pain conditions. She is highly motivated towards the patient care. Her areas of interest include chronic musculoskeletal pain syndromes, neuropathic pain and highly specialized ultrasound guided pain interventions. She has many publications in international and national journals. She is actively involved in clinical research which she has presented in various international and national conferences. She is a life member of ISSP & ISA.

Dr.Aditya (PT)

BPT, MPT

Dr. Aditya is a physiotherapist, holding masters degree in ‘Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Disorders and Sports’. He has 3 years of working experience in a multi-specialty hospital. He had worked with a team of surgeons including Orthopaedic Surgeons, Urologist, General Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, OBG & Gynac, Paediatric and also Medical and Surgical Oncologist from India, U.S.A. and U.K. He also has worked as an ‘on field physio’ for various sports events.

Dr. Aditya is keen in developing skills by keeping himself updated with the latest knowledge in the field of physiotherapy. He is good at performing various assessments, assigning and designing individualized treatment program for I.P.D., O.P.D. and home program for discharged patients using electrotherapeutic and physiotherapeutic techniques such as mobilization and manipulative techniques, post-surgical care and prevention of complications, post burn/ grafting surgery management, ortho & neuro rehabilitation, etc.
